Some of our fees are covered by many health insurance polices. Our insurance advocate will work hard on your behalf to maximize any benefits available. We also accept all major credit cards for your convenience. Daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments are available.

We are conveniently located on Federal Highway (US1) between Commercial Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard. Our two story building is on the East side of Federal Highway across the street from Radio Shack:
