Some of our fees are covered by many health insurance polices. Our insurance advocate will work hard on your behalf to maximize any benefits available. We also accept all major credit cards for your convenience. Daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments are available.

We are conveniently located on East Oakland Park Blvd., Ste 350 one block west of Federal Hwy (US1) at 20th street.  Our three story building is on the north side of Oakland Park Blvd.  and is easily recognizable by the beautiful mural on the east side of the building.
