LETTING GO
Letting go is what you are presumed to know, but how can you do it? What
will it mean if you let go before you’ve gained control? Will it mean that
you’ve failed or that you’ve always been inadequate?

Letting go is the beautiful admission that so much of life goes on without you
and that others can invent their healing on their own.

Letting go is releasing yourself of the burden of trying to conquer the unconquerable,
the uncontrollable, the unimaginable. It is caring, but not controlling.

Letting go is making peace with your powerlessness in order to be powerfully at
peace with yourself.
